Position : Officers in Grade ‘A’ & ‘B’

Job Details :  Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) invites online applications for the Special Recruitment Drive for Officers in Grade ‘A’ and ‘B’.Eligible candidates can apply online from 25-06-2013 to 09-07-2013.
Qualification : Candidates must possess B.Tech/ BE/ B.Sc (Engg) in Computer Science/ Engg/ Information Technology or MCA for S.No 1, 3, 4 Posts; Bachelor’s Degree in Law with at least 60% marks for S.No 2, 5 Posts with relevant experience.

I. Recruitment of Officers in Grade A
  1. Assistant Manager Grade-A (IT): 03 Posts.
  2. Assistant Manager Grade-A (Legal): 08 Posts.
II. Special Recruitment Drive for Officers in Grade A & B
  1.  Assistant Manager Grade-A (IT): 03 Posts.
  2. Manager Grade-B (IT): 01 Post.
  3. Manager Grade-B (Legal): 02 Posts.
Pay Scale :
  1. For Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’- Rs. 17100 – 1000 – 28100 – EB – 1000 – 32100 -1100 – 33200/-Rs. 36,000/- approx.
  2. For Manager Grade ‘B’- Rs. 21000 – 1000 – 30000 – EB – 1000 – 32000 – 1100 – 36400/-Rs. 45,000 /- approx.
Important Dates:
  1. Opening of On line Registration Gateway- 25.06.2013.
  2. Closing of On-line Registration Gateway- 09.07.2013.
Cut off date for determining Eligibility Criteria with regard to age, educational qualification and post qualification experience- March 31, 2013.
Age(As on 31-03-2013) : Candidates age limit is 21-28 years for S.No 1, 2, 3 Posts; 21-30 years for S.No 4, 5 Posts as on 31-03-2013. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
Application Fee : Candidates must pay the fee of Rs.300/- for General and OBC through online mode using debit/ credit/ internet banking. SC/ ST/ PWD candidates are exempted from the fee.
Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on online written examination which would be conducted by IBPS and followed by Personal Interview. Candidates who qualify based on the minimum cut-off marks decided by the Bank, would be called for interview for S.No 3, 4 Posts; and Selection would be by way of personal interview before the Selection Committee for S.No 1, 2, 5 Posts.

Hiring Process : Written-Test.
