- Qualifications : Good academic record as defined by the concerned University with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level, in a relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an Indian/Foreign University ii. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) for lecturers conducted by the UGC, CSIR, or similar test accredited by the UGC.

Application Fee : Demand Draft payable at Coimbatore drawn in favour of The Registrar, Bharathiar University. The fees are as detailed below: For SC/ST Candidates – Rs.450/-(Cost of application Rs.200/- and Registration Fee of Rs.250/-) For others – Rs.700/-(Cost of application Rs.200/- and Registration Fee of Rs.500/-
How to Apply : The Filled in application form together with Registration fee should be sent on or before 16.07.2012. Candidates belonging to SC/ST should produce an attested copy of Community Certificate . Eight copies of application shall be submitted to The Registrar, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore – 641 046.
